I have been a customer with Chewy for many years and will be for the rest of my pets lives. They are the one place I can find all my pet needs and always quick to answer any question. I recently had to order medication prescribed by a vet for my 17 year old cat and after 3 days of receiving the medication my sweet little Kali a DSH, had to be euthanized due to another medical issue, not first discovered. As all pet owners know this is one of life's hardest things to bear, and after it set in, I realized I had all this medication that was not or barely used and thought it should be returned for another feline that could use it, not looking for a reimbursement. I reached out to Chewy, and they wrote back saying they had issued a full refund and for us to donate the medication, and also sent a heartfelt message and sympathies for our loss. This company, has put caring in front of it's profits and I am more than comforted by this. I will always recommend this company to anyone who is looking for any pet needs.
