We started using Chewy for the prescription dog food one of our dogs needed in 2017. We then added the monthly prescriptions that both of our dogs needed. Customer Service was always friendly and patient with me as I learned to navigate the auto shipments. Yesterday I asked that they remove us from their emails, due to the passing of our last pet, he was 16 1/2. They responded with condolences and compassion. They asked if I wanted to return his meds for a refund. But, I was brought to tears by the kindness of Danny from Chewy sending flowers for our loss.
