My dog was diagnosed with degenerative heart disease July 20 20. She’s been on VetMedin ever since. This company has done a great job and shipping her medication to me timely and keeping it in stock. this weekend I had to let my sweet baby go to the rainbow bridge and I’m heartbroken. I called chewy yesterday to cancel my order ship subscription for her medication & and the two people I spoke with yesterday were so kind and so genuinely sad for my loss. Today I received flower arrangement from chewy and a card that says, “We’re So sorry to hear of your loss of Maggie, and our hearts go out to you.
