They've treated me with so much kindness and compassion and I will forever be grateful for that. My beloved kitty just passed and after informing them about it, I got a beautiful flower arrangement the next day. This has brought a big smile on my face after all the grief I've experienced from losing my pet. They also gave me refunds from the products/meds which I no longer have a need for. They just wanted me to donate the items to pets who may need them. How amazing is that? I will always be a loyal customer of Chewy. They are simply the BEST!
