I can’t say enough good about chewy. I’m going through a heartbreak losing my mini dachshund that I had for 15 years who just recently passed. In closing out my account I shared my story and they not only refunded prescription food and medication that I purchased, and will not be using as well as offer their condolences . That was nice but that didn’t stop there , as I arrived home, I had a beautiful floral bouquet sent to me from this company waiting on my doorstep from a local florist. I donated all of my items to a local rescue and they mentioned to me how several of their donators are encouraged from chewy to donate food or supplies that they were not able to use or were refunded, but didn’t ask for items to be returned. This is great customer service, putting their customers and their pets before a company. I always recommended using this company not only for their efficient service I received but my last experience has taken my experience to a whole new level. I have been a chewy customer for over five years. I have never had a complaint and now I have nothing but praise. Keep up the great work chewy Your kindness was greatly appreciated.
