When my sweet pomeranian Mikey passed away, I contacted Chewy. I had hoped to get a refund on his prescription since it had not been opened yet. The first thing I told the customer service representative ( Kevin) is " I'm going to try to get through this without crying. " (I did not.) However Kevin was awesome! He reassured me that they will take good care of me and he was very sweet with his condolences. Not only did Chewy give me a refund for the prescription but I didn't even have to send the prescription back! As if that wasn't enough just two days later I had a knock on my door. It was someone holding flowers (who I assumed was a from a family member.) No!! It was from Chewy! I could not believe in this day and age where it seems most businesses do not give that customer service of the past, that a big corporation like Chewy did something as thoughtful as this! That is so awesome in 2022!! Thank you so much Chewy you will have a customer for life!! SINCERELY..Trish Morgan
