We all know how great Chewy is. Today they surpassed even themselves. I had a serious problem with a Chewy delivery by FedEx, and spent all day on phone, text, and computer with no realistic assistance by FedEx. On my final call to Chewy, a supervisor gave me a refund for my order of dog food, as I was down to only one day of food for my girl. The problem was not one that was caused by Chewy and it was above and beyond, IMO, to take that step. After hanging up I went to the door to ask my neighbor for help carrying the package. It was already sitting there! I don't know if my neighbor saw it downstairs and carried it up or whether FedEx actually came through. I called Chewy back immediately and offered to forego their kind offer of a refund, but was told it was already entered and they were happy to leave it as it was. This is what is taught in business school as excellence and as goodwill. Thank you, Chewy!
