I’ve been using Chewy Auto ship for about 2 years for RX meds for our sweet Labrador Sammy. I worked in Customer Service for 30 years and took pride in the level of service I delivered to the public. Have I EVER received the level of customer service that I have received from CHEWY in these last two years? NEVER ! Every person I have ever talked with on the phone with CHEWY has been the most informed and thorough individuals I have ever dealt with. We recently lost our beloved 17 yr old cat and our 14 yr old beloved Sammy, just 3 weeks apart. I called to cancel the Auto ships and was helped by Alisa with the utmost of compassion and thoroughness to make sure that I no longer even receive “reminders” of upcoming orders. The next day I received a lovely bouquet from Alisa and the Chewy Family. They even posted a “Remembrance” photo of our sweet boy. WHERE DO YOUR EVER GET THIS TYPE OF SERVICE AND COMPASSION !
