I received a birthday card from Chewy for my sweet baby Mya. This prompted me to call to stop her auto shipments. When I told Johnnita that we had recently put Mya to sleep, she was so comforting and genuinely concerned about me. I thanked her and took told her how thankful I was because they have always given 100% satisfaction with any encounter I've had with them. Well tonight I came home and a lovely vase of flowers with a heart warming card awaited me from Johnnita and my Chewy Family. Yes, they not only made me smile but made my heart happy.
