I ordered medication from chewy and my VCa was supposed to OK via fax. Later that day, I found out that my vet changed their policy so I called chewy and told them this. I also told them that I needed to request expedited shipping because now that I have to mail it in my dog was going to run out of her meds before normal shipping would get it to me. The customer Service representative acted like helping me was very burdensome and told me he can request it, but he can’t make any promises. Four days later my order gets canceled because they faxed the vet even though I mailed the prescription in five days ago. My dog is out of her meds, necessary daily living, do not trust with any animal that you love. This is such a horrid experience.
