These folks in this company are second to none. We’ve been subscribed customers for some years for our 3 pups. Our boy, Chance, 14 years old had a heart attack and died suddenly.
We were devastated because it was not expected.
I wrote Chewy and told them that our order would be changing because one of our pups had passed away.
Almost 10 days later a dozen roses were delivered to our home. My husband initially got a little jelly, as he didn’t send them!😂 Thanks Chewy for treating our family, our pack, as if we were your family & only customers. 💖🌟🐶Woof!
