I had a Chewy delivery sent to the wrong address/person on 03/21/2025. Chewy didn't have to get involved but they did and they helped me to calm down (I have anxiety issues) and they reordered the original order that got lost. There are new drivers with that delivery company and they don't know this route very well. This mis-delivery was not Chewy's fault but they helped anyway. Chewy deserves 100 stars!
