...in a word,'HAPPY'...does exactly as claimed...I filled it and left it on the patio table from sun-up till mid afternoon...typically we were experiencing very warm days...around 28% locally...scepticaly, I went to open my 'CHILLY',took a mouthful and WOW,yes......it was still COLD...nice one Chilly people...
