Terrible customer support. Provided them with everything needed in a timely manner for an in-person event and they went silent after payment was made. I wish we hadn't paid to expedite, that was pointless (lesson learned). The items did not arrive in time for our event and they did not care one bit. Many other companies care about their customers. Work with them, not Chilly's.

Lovely item when new but starts to become faulty after a few months… Be warned the build quality is very very poor. And getting in touch with the company seems difficult too.

Received the Chillys Series 2 1L Bottle Flip Lid as a present. Within a week the lid was broken and the straw mouth piece was constantly popping out of the lid and leaking, contacted chillys to see what they could offer to do and received very little help, got told it wasn’t a leakproof bottle, but no help with regards to the mouth piece fault. Straw continually falls out of the flip lid and the mouth piece pops out every time I open or close it. Has fallen out when in my bag and caused massive spills. The carry loop is not good quality, continually falling off and loosening around the lid when I was carrying it, causing me to drop my bottle numerous times, leaving large dents. Have always enjoyed Chillys water bottles and never write bad reviews but this bottle I would not recommend, incredibly pricey for an overall faulty bottle and very little help is received when you ask customer service.

I fell for their marketing campaigns on the London Underground. As soon as I received their Switch 2, it was rattly and I knew straight away I needed to return it. Can’t be paying £40 for this. And you know it’s a bad company who do not care for customer experience is when they make you pay for returns. You charge £40 for the bottle but can’t cover the £2-3 for returns. I’ve been telling people not to buy their products as there’s cheaper and better products out their and you don’t need to search hard, just Google best bottles.

The customer service is amazing. Lara and Reign from the Chilly’s support team were especially lovely and helpful 💖 Also the water bottle itself is fantastic! Keeps water cool all day and colour is so sleek.

Chilly series 2 coffee cup: worse coffee cup I have ever had. Over priced for the poor quality. Has chipped already, constantly leaks ( even when I put Luke warm liquids in it) and spills everywhere. If I wanted To drink cold coffee in my take away cup id get iced coffee. Considering the price it is horrendous. Have warned many people not to buy!

I purchased the Liberty collaboration coffee cup because I love the Liberty brand and design. Sadly the hot beverage does not even keep warm for even one hour so the functionality is not good.

PLEASE DO NOT buy from thus company. Too long a story to chair. Series 2 cost £42 and no refund or replacement. Shocking!

I bought a series 2 cup in store and wanted to change it online for a series 1. The shop is 150 miles away so I can’t go back. This is the reply I got Sadly, as the product was not purchased directly from us, this cannot be returned on this occasion. We do not also currently operate an exchange service. I am sorry about this, Emma.

Series 2 bottle is great, love the sports lid and keeps water cold all day. But the coffee cup is really dissapointing, the first one I had leaked and I was sent a replacement which in fairness doesn't leak, but it doesn't keep my coffee cold at all, even when you screw it to the tighted it will go, it just cools down like it would in a mug

Bought a bottle for my great nephew's 18th and completed the engraving request. At no time was my attention drawn to a character limit but they only printed part of his surname. I'm so upset Tried to find a number, but they obviously don't want to know. Their 'bot' offers no reasonable choices. Messaged them via Facebook. No response. Feel this is very cynical and unconcerned with the plight of their customers, which roughly interprets as NO CUSTONER SERVICE.

My bottle leaks! Wish I had read these reviews before buying as it seems to be a common problem. Leaked coffee in my expensive handbag! Contacted the company & they are now reluctantly sending a replacement lid but they dont have my colour in stock) so wont match but am doubtful it will work anyway! Expensive item wont purchase again. Was lured by rose gold colour! What a fool I am!

Series 2 sports lid is not fit for purpose. it leaks. When I asked for a refund I was told somewhat smugly "didn't you read the FAQs? it says it's not leak proof". Seriously? £17 for a sports lid that leaks? I've bought sports lids for other company's bottles that are a third of the price that don't leak at all.

A lover of the chilly bottle , myself and my daughter both were gifted your new coffee cups this Xmas. Only to be disappointed that they leak every time they are used. Coffee over clothes not cheap for a product not fit for purpose.

Gifted a Series 2 500ml bottle and the 340ml coffee container. Both items are super easy to clean and look vibrant. The series 2 is preferred over my series 1 as the newly designed collar is perfect to drink from (much better then metal against your teeth or lips). No issues so far with leaking or the collar unscrewing (no need to over tighten the collar to the lid). Would recommend as I did for my series 1 to family and friends. Bought my wife a Series 2 bottle and Series 2 coffee cup as a gift set too!

Was so excited by the series 2 design (aesthetics, handle, silicon base) but similar to other reviews actually drinking from it is totally impractical. The collar screws off as you attempt to open it and the collar is not comfortable to drink from, I've spilt water on myself twice using just for the first time today. Expensive and can't now be returned, disappointed.
