The bottle was damaged when it arrived which was not apparent from the undamged packaging until unwrapped...clearly the packaging was not sufficient protection against damage! I opened a dispute via PayPal in an effort to contact Chilly's for a refund and a request to return the item...but as yet I have not received a reply or any effort from Chilly's to resolve. I am extremely disappointed!
