The first bottle I ordered was unfortunately damaged so I took a pic and emailed customer services. I got an instant response saying a replacement would be sent that day and sure enough it arrived within a couple of days so I was still able to give it as a Christmas present. The customer service provided was excellent and I was delighted with the product. Many thanks Chilly's.
