Bought it as a Xmas present for a friend, delivery was fast, packaging was lovely and service was excellent. My friend was super happy with the look and design and recently let me know she took it out hiking and their tea was still hot after 3 hours in freezing December weather and stayed hot throughout their hike - does exactly what is says on the tin and looks a million times better than a ratty old thermos
