Bought a chilly bottle for my grandson as I knew he would be delighted with it. His granddad has one and he loves it. Unfortunately it arrived with a large dent on the side, The box was not damaged so made me assume that it was packed damaged. Although the bottle still works, I was so disappointed as I didn't think that it was the couriers fault.
