The bottles are pretty, useful and they're wonderful at keeping your drinks cold or warm. My main issue was with the delivery. It was supposed to take 7 working days but it took well over two weeks (22 days) for them to arrive. They were supposed to be a Christmas gift but they did not arrive in time... I'm saddened by this and wish the company would have compensated me for their terrible delivery times, but the product is fine.
