Chilly's customer service is excellent. I was really impressed. A few days before Christmas my bottle was undelivered due to a problem with the delivery service. I let Chilly's know and they immediately responded to let me know that they had dispatched a second bottle to me with a different courier, and it arrived in time to be wrapped and placed under the tree. Many companies will not go above and beyond for their customers any more and I am very grateful to Chilly's for solving this issue with no fuss at all!
