I ordered the chilly bottle as a Christmas present it arrived quickly and well packaged, unfortunatly it was slightly damaged. I emailed and asked if I could return after Christmas as it was days away but they we so helpful and I got a replacement the next day amazingly! My son who is so hard to buy gifts for loved it! So, great product fantastic customer service.
