As you probably know i´m already in contact with Cillian. The reason is the detached bottom of one of the two ordered bottles. What i´m not so happy about, is the fact that the replacement is still missing. i only got a link where ican see that the bottle is waiting for packing. That was on 28.Dec at 14:33.
This bottle was a christmas present for my daughter, and you can perhaps imagine a little girl seeing her brother with his present and her´s still missing.
It would be easier if i could tell her a reliable date of shipping and recieving.
