Really disappointed. The bottle's tube container horribly dented in transit completely spoilt the look of this (bought as a gift), tube could have thousands of reuses and certainly seems part of the item. My disappointment could have been so easy to resolve positively but Chilly's not interested. Wouldnt buy this online again, sent in post in a plastic bag, was bound to get damaged.
