After a couple of weeks the paint at the bottom started to flake off really badly, despite the bottle living on my desk at work. Although I purchased it via Amazon, I sought chillys views on the product defect and whether this was common. They rather apathetically directed me to amazon, which I feel is massively disappointing given their frequent marketing and the high cost of the bottle. Suffice to say amazon, as they always do, went out of their way to resolve the issue of chillys poor product and lacklustre service.
