Ordered 2 large bottles, they arrived on time, well packaged however, both bottles were scratched. I took photos and emailed them to Chilly's customer services. Their response was fast and the outcome, 2 replacement bottles sent out. I couldn't be happier with the company, the service and the bottles are really fabulous. They do exactly what they are supposed to and living in a hot climate, it's such a pleasure enjoying ice cold water all day. An added benefit, reduction in plastic bottles I haven't tried using them for hot drink, but I can say these bottles keep wine and beer very chilled... Worth every penny
