This bottle is amazing and works as well as they say. However not so great on the customer service. The order was placed on the 22nd June nad the package did not arrive until the 11th July!!. Granted it was coming to France, but the tracking service showed it arriving in France on the 1st July and then did not move. I contacted customer service on about the 3rd July and was told to wait a bit longer. I contacted again on the 9th to say I wanted to cancel the order as I wanted the bottle for the 14th and would order it on Amazon for next day delivery, I was told that they had contacted the courrier and IF they could say it would be returned to them, once they had received it I would then get a refund. Not acceptable given it was sent tracked, so was evident I did not have it. As it happened it arrived 2 days later, I contacted customer service to let them know this....no response from them. Overall product great, customer service not. Buy the product from Amazon!!!
