SOH has brilliant customer service where queries are answered quickly & problems solved in a flash! I felt like I was chatting to a friend when dealing with Charlotte & even receiving a 'thank you' email from Simon was so cheery it put the company way out in front for interacting with the customers and making me feel appreciated. The bottles are brilliant. A trial test proved that cold refrigerated water stayed ice cold for 24 hours & tea stayed hot for the full 12 hours that I tested it. I was so impressed I bought two more for family members who need to keep hydrated in their working life. Excellent ... trying is believing!
