I received it 3 days ago and so far used only for cold water. It keeps the water really cold for several hours and the ice cubes I added into the water didn't melt completely for 3-4 hours; and the water was still below the room temperature after 6 hours. While this is satisfactory for my daily needs, I believe 24-hour claim is an exaggeration. So far no leakage or condensation. I hope it keeps on showing the same performance over the next year's. As mentioned before, the paint work is very scratch prone (first day it started to peel of at the bottom just because it had contact with the surface of the table). So many complaints on this issue, Chilly's should really ask some improvement from the factory.
