I have been told I would receive a full refund for 2 chairs which were not to the spec as advertised on the website.
The chairs have beeb collected. CFS tell me that the full refund has been processed. I have sent them my bank statement to prove that the refund has not been received. The matter remains unresolved and I have now started a process of litigation to recover the refund.
The customer service is terrible and dishonest.
