Absolute avoid at all cost ,order sofa which ment to be in stock , then contacted them and they say 8 weeks to wait as they don’t have this colour in stock.Promised a refund 10-14 days and I am still waiting 15 days later.Going through it with my bank and credit card as they don’t respond to any emails

Expert assistance. I've had a generally good encounter with recoveryhacker101[at]gmail[dot]com and would suggest their expert services to others online. I provide this endorsement for the straightforward reason that their team's approach to solving the issue I was having was especially challenging for me to comprehend. There was another reason why I started this process with certain errors that, regrettably, could not be fixed, but the staff did their best, and I appreciate that.

These swindlers excel at their deception, often employing courteous behavior to trick you into investing. I never expected to incur losses just to get to my funds. I put in $9,000, only for them to ask for more. I ended up giving them an additional $3,000, unaware they were frauds. When I sought to withdraw, I couldn’t, and they blocked me when I reached out. I’m extremely thankful to A C T I N V S T L T D C O M for their dedicated support and expertise. Their guidance was invaluable in navigating the frustrating recovery process.

Buyer be aware, when it advertised pair of chairs and you go to pay the cost is actually for one and not a pair as advertised. Had to block them constantly cold sale calling .

Having placed two orders way back in October 2023 I have now canceled them. Initially I received updates saying items were due by the dates first given, then the dates began changing making the wait time longer. As I had set my heart on the items of furniture that I'd chosen, I decided I would wait. The the dates given would pass with no contact, forcing me to contact them. I have been given so many excuses including:- 1. The shipment has been delayed. 2. The ship couldn't use the Suez Canal, so will take longer by going via the Cape of Good Hope. 3. CITES recent law change meaning they needed a licence to import the goods. 4. The container had docked but due to lack of licence customs had confiscated the container and would not release it to them., even if they were to get a. retrospective licence. I have done my homework and discovered it takes approximately a month for the ship to make it's journey so even being generous nearly 7 months is over the top. CITES has been around a long time and the wood my order was made from was in the original act and the only amendments I could find for this year was to do with items in personal luggage not requiring a CITES permit. After all this to then be told one of the items was no longer available I could choice another item which was more expensive but they would cover the difference. However, said item was not suitable size wise and would not match the other item I'd ordered. A couple of months prior to this they offered me 10% for my lengthy wait and inconvenience caused when I cancelled my order the refund was 10% light, bearing in mind they've had my money since October 2023 and the delays and inconvenience was caused by them I feel that the 10% should come from their pocket and not mine but they are prepared to give me a voucher for value of 10% to spend on their site!!!! The refund they gave didn't reach my account within the time they stated it would namely 3 to 5 working days, when contacted about this they blamed the banking system they used, SagePay, citing that they were having problems with their software and could I wait till the end of the following week, another 8 days. I checked with SagePay and their services were up and running. I placed a complaint with them and low and behold my money appeared in my bank the following morning. So my advice would be avoid this company at all costs. I feel as though I have been lied to at every turn with the excuses they give always being someone else's fault. CFS it time to grow a pair and be honest with people. I had to give one star but they don't in all honesty deserve that.

Absolutely terrible from paying for an item that I didn’t even receive,to fighting for my refund ,it has been the most frustrating experience it has took me from November until April 26th to receive my refund.They constantly lied about the payment going back in my bank every day AVOID AVOID

On 13/3 I ordered Monaco furniture from CFS that was advertised as assembled and delivered within 5 to 10 working days. I had seen exactly the same furniture a lot cheaper on other websites but it was flat packed. My husband agreed to pay the extra so that it was fully assembled. I received an email to say the furniture was due in on 23/3. Then received an email to say it would be delivered 26/3 which unfortunately was a day I worked so had to arrange for another day. I was then contacted and delivery was arranged between 10.00 and noon on 3/4. My son took a morning off work unpaid and waited in. By 12.30 there was no sign of delivery so I rang and spoke to someone who was very abrupt. He contacted the driver and was told it would be another 3 hours before delivery so we declined and another date was arranged 6/4. Eventually on the day the furniture arrived at 18.15 hours but was flat packed. I have contacted the company a couple of times to try and get this rectified but they insist it was advertised as flat packed although all the other products in the Monaco range advertised is showing assembled (even the same furniture in a different colour). All CFS can say is we will assemble it for you but at a charge - don’t bother! Was going to place a further order for my other son’s bedroom with CFS but not a chance now.

I bought a piece of furniture on the 15/11/2023. To date I am yet to receive the item. The promissory dates keep changing. This is scamming ,and trickery

I'm deeply disappointed with CFS. My partner had a terrible experience with them, facing delays, disrespectful customer service, and a measly 5% refund offer that didn't cover the hassles. What's worse, reading through other reviews, it's clear CFS consistently blames customers or the delivery company, never owning up to their mistakes. A company to avoid at all costs.

I have been told I would receive a full refund for 2 chairs which were not to the spec as advertised on the website. The chairs have beeb collected. CFS tell me that the full refund has been processed. I have sent them my bank statement to prove that the refund has not been received. The matter remains unresolved and I have now started a process of litigation to recover the refund. The customer service is terrible and dishonest.

Shocking I placed on order paid in full in March /April time and was told 6 to 8 weeks now December no sign excuse after excuse, is this shore drop shipping ? They have earned interest off my money and no good supplied ! I have since had a refund as I have gone without furniture most of this year 2023.

We ordered a bunch of things for our new home but did one mistake of ordering a wardrobe from CFS. Their customer care is below average. We ordered a wardrobe and it doesn't come with proper instructions, there are no markings on the individual parts and there are details which bits & pieces should be used in which parts. We received this wardrobe after waiting for 6 weeks and entire product looks cheap and not strong enough. After mailing them a dozens of times, only answer we get is we are sailing these items for years and we never had this complaint before. I mean so what, I am complaining it now and they should look into it seriously, not just play on the mails. BE AWARE THERE IS NO RETURN POLICY SO THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING ANYTHING. One of the parcel was soaked in water and to replace that, CFS will take another 4 weeks. We asked for free assembly as the instructions are very poor and they are denying it.

Excellent service, boney m helped me a lot, with measurements etc, Good choice of funiture , good work ethics and customer service. I got my purchase and good service as I expected. I would recommend this place for any lastest funiture.

They are very unprofessional with a bad system in place. It’s not the best experience, hassle - didn’t run smoothly. I’d your prepared to get flustered with emails and calls and staff not treasurer listening and following a bad protocol then be prepared for that. Product itself was geo white table and looks lovely after 2 failed delivery attempts, first time box was open and parts missing, Second delivery no one would assemble it even though we asked waited a few weeks in between deliveries. Just hassle you know. The money I spent I just wanted abit of organisation and professionalism.

I ordered 4 Malibu dining chairs,which stated 2 days delivery.After not hearing anything for 7 days emailed them asking what the hold up was,still no reply.I contacted PayPal and opened a dispute against this company.Then the phone calls and emails began saying if I didn't close the case against them they would not deliver my items,I stated once I had proof of despatch I would then indeed close the case,but to no avail.I have never been treat like this off any other establishment.please be aware of these people.Thank you to PayPal who found in my favour and have issued a full refund.

We ordered a sofa and recliner but when it was delivered we got a sofa that had big bunches and pleats where it was sewn very badly. We refused to accept it which made them really ticked them off. The Lisbon store had very rude customer service from the beginning and he said well we were difficult to deal with. We got furniture ONE WEEK AGO and the rocking recliner is Sewn badly on one arm but the WORST is the recliner springs squeak when rocking and knocks. also the ELECTRONICS DON'T WORK!!! now this is a ONE WEEK OLD RECLINER THAT NOTHING WORKS ON!!! Customer service said ... and I quote " I REALLY DON'T CARE!!! I wish I had seen the reviews before ever buying from them, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ever. So I have a new chair that NOTHING works right. DO NOT BUY, after you do your screwed if anything is wrong .
