I've been using them for years and the items they have are quality. However, they promised me a free delivery rebate to join their club back in February after placing a decent sized order. It's now July and I haven't received it. I've communicated with them severally and they continue to push the date. I was even lectured by a CS rep about my canceling my membership due to their dishonesty.
My complaint emails are yet to be responded to. They don't seem to care any more about their customers, which is a real shame.
