Christmas presents haven't arrived. No way of contacting to sort. No one answers phones, Web chat, email. If you contact in a social media platform, it's ignored. However, if someone (probably paid) writes something nice, they respond to that comment in seconds. Even trustpilot reviews aren't showing all the one stars. You have to click to see them. Wish I'd read them before I wasted nearly 40 pounds on presents that won't arrive, as they still haven't been picked. Ordered on the 7th Dec for delivery on the 20th. No word from them at all about guaranteed Christmas delivery. It's a total rip off company. Avoid at all costs! Now to get my money back!!!
