Order placed 18th November for delivery 27th December. It was a birthday present I even ordered the birthday tag and card so it was obvious it a birthday present. The hamper was not delivered until 3rd January 2025. I will most certainly NOT be ordering from this company again. When I complained I was told delivery dates are not guaranteed despite placing the order well in advance.
