Placed my order early morning 16th December 2024, didn't receive my parcel until 27th December ! I spent £85 on 2 christmas presents and I was unable to give them on the day, very disappointing. I should have read the reviews before but I didn't, I definitely would not have placed my order and 100% will never order again. I paid for wrapping and gift toppers, one of the gift toppers was missing and 'Zara' point blank refused to refund £1 for the missing item without providing photo proof. Also by the time my parcel arrived, the ice bags had melted ! Please please think twice before ordering from this company.
