I red as usual the bad reviews first, there is about 11% of those . But there is much more of the positive. So, I was very curious about my chances. I landed in Lanzarote with 30 min delay. When I came out with the luggage there was a big man with a big signs with my name. He took my trolley and soon we were in the car. Bigger than expected. So, what more could I ask for? Booking on line was smooth. Payment too. Travel info confirmed and complete. 24 h before landing there was a remainder in my mobile and confirmation that all was well. I can understand that in some places people may have bad experiences. This on line agent may not be able to control all local associates and drivers so 10 % of bad luck is not so bad, unless you are the victim. I was not, fortunately. I don’t think that calling this agent a scammer, as someone here do, is justified. Probably they could do more to validate their drivers to avoid no show situations. For some travelers, no show can be a big drama, if they have tight schedules, for others it can be just irritating. When traveling it is always good to have a plan B. I had, but all went well. Taking into consideration rate of no shows reported here, I would be careful when booking for a critical trip, otherwise I would give City Airport taxis another chance.
