“This company cannot be trusted family of 4 was left stranded in foriegn country at 11pmat night,and when I reported the problem was told only had 28 days to report NO APPOLGY NO REASON WHY WE WERE FORGOTTEN .”

“Not only did the supplier in Abu Dhabi not turn up, he demanded another 250 AED for a transfer from Abu Dhabi to Dubai Airport, on top of what I had already paid. It's been a week and still no refund. When I enquired about a cancellation for the return journey due to the horrendous experience, the company insisted that this time things would be ok. How wrong was I to trust the supplier sent a driver who had no clue or organisation on how to pick us up and ontop of that the supplier asked for another 200 aed on top of what we paid. Avoid and steer clear, they ruined my holiday.”

“Taxi company rang at midnight to put pressure on us to pay another 250AED for transfer which had already been paid for, for a transfer at 6am. Unable to reach anyone at the company on the emergency number or the UK number, very disappointing will not use this company again. The actual company after trying various means, at 3 least emails, calling the UK number and being in a queue for over 45 mins. All I got by email was we look at compliant and get back to you in 2 weeks. Completely unacceptable, that the taxi company they use in Abu Dhabi pulled such a stunt and this is also the emergency contact, totally useless.”

“Excellent service at good and affordable rate! Thank you Minami, the assigned driver, she WhatsApp me a day before pickup. I booked a one way transfer from Yokohama Cruise Termnal to Narita Airport for pickup at 8am to catch a flight at 11.10am. I disembarked the ship earlier at 7.35am and whatsApp her, immediately she responded and pick us up at 7.50am. Her driving was smooth and good, the vehicle was big, clean and comfortable. We managed to arrive at the airport at 9.20am despite heavy traffic. Well done, Minami for your excellent driving skill! I definitely will book with city airport taxis again! Susan Toh (Singapore)”
