Everything was excellent. Got a phone call from them to inquire about our arrival time since we were late. -The only thing that wasn't clear was we arrived 30 minutes late and we were charged an extra 15 euros - I think that was a fair price, I just didnt understand that was the policy. The website said the driver would wait up to an hour, but it wasn't clear that we would be charged if we were late. Otherwise, everything went perfectly. I would use them again but I would like to know what the charges would be if we were 5 minutes late, 15, 30 minutes, etc.
