Taxi company rang at midnight to put pressure on us to pay another 250AED for transfer which had already been paid for, for a transfer at 6am. Unable to reach anyone at the company on the emergency number or the UK number, very disappointing will not use this company again. The actual company after trying various means, at 3 least emails, calling the UK number and being in a queue for over 45 mins. All I got by email was we look at compliant and get back to you in 2 weeks. Completely unacceptable, that the taxi company they use in Abu Dhabi pulled such a stunt and this is also the emergency contact, totally useless.
