Not only did the supplier in Abu Dhabi not turn up, he demanded another 250 AED for a transfer from Abu Dhabi to Dubai Airport, on top of what I had already paid. It's been a week and still no refund. When I enquired about a cancellation for the return journey due to the horrendous experience, the company insisted that this time things would be ok. How wrong was I to trust the supplier sent a driver who had no clue or organisation on how to pick us up and ontop of that the supplier asked for another 200 aed on top of what we paid. Avoid and steer clear, they ruined my holiday.
