The service was good apart from the fact we cold not find out driver when we arrived at the airport. He was sitting in his car with my name on his ipad but we did not see him. I rang the office to say he was not there but they told me he would be there in a few minutes so we waited and waited. Eventually he got out of his car and asked for our name, would have been helpful if he did that in the first place or if the office had told us he was already there we would have checked all the waiting taxis again!
