When our plane landed we had to sit onboard for 40 minutes as there was another plane in our spot. This resulted in us being an hour late getting out of the airport in Amsterdam. Our driver phoned us to check on our progress and was waiting for us when we got out of the airport. On the way back to the airport our driver was late due to an accident and the King visiting nearby to our hotel. Again the driver phoned to tell us his progress, apologise and to assure us he would be with us shortly. During both journeys the drivers were happy and chatted away to us. We had a vehicle for 6 with lots of room for us and our bags. We will use them again.
