The car broke down on its way to pick us up, and they had to find another. We were a bit worried on arrival as we could not see anyone carrying our name. Fortunately I found an emergency number on the voucher and could telephone, and was told what was the problem. The driver met us, and waited together with us for the other car to arrive. Apart from that, the driver and the car was quite OK. Picked us up on time when we left Lisbon and drove us safely back to the airport.
