Had a bad experience at clearaway today. We arrived with a full load of general, x1 sofa and x2 mattresses. For some reason they wouldn't allow us to tip sofa and mattresses separately so doesn't effect the weight of the load. Instead they charged separately and added the weight onto the load which doesn't take a genius to work out that it added to our weight. I then left removed the said items and returned into the site onto the weigh bridge and was refused entry. Be careful tipping here guys they are overcharging on set price items and staff at the window are very snotty rude and unhelpful. They have now lost a customer and I will be advising all other firms I know not to use their services.
