“Had a bad experience at clearaway today. We arrived with a full load of general, x1 sofa and x2 mattresses. For some reason they wouldn't allow us to tip sofa and mattresses separately so doesn't effect the weight of the load. Instead they charged separately and added the weight onto the load which doesn't take a genius to work out that it added to our weight. I then left removed the said items and returned into the site onto the weigh bridge and was refused entry. Be careful tipping here guys they are overcharging on set price items and staff at the window are very snotty rude and unhelpful. They have now lost a customer and I will be advising all other firms I know not to use their services.”

“Great service from start to finish. Phoned for skip and arrived within hours, excellent. Phoned for skip to be collected and it was collected on day that I was advised it would be, excellent. Staff I spoke to all great, pleasant. No hesitation in recommending.”

“Wonderful service dropped off and picked up exactly as requested. The gentleman who collected the skip was excellent and really kind and helpful (sure the gentleman who dropped it off was as good but I wasn’t there then). Will definitely use again.”

“I love that fact that prices are available on the website and that there is an online booking form! I received an email confirmation the day after booking and the skip arrived at 8am the day requested. The driver was very friendly and asked where I wanted the skip to be placed. I called 4 days before it was due to be collected to let them know that I was finished with the skip and if they needed it back sooner they could come and collect it. The lady on the phone was again very friendly and thanked me for calling to let them know. The skip was collected with no issues. I would definitely recommend Clearaway and would use them again. The price was very reasonable too! Thank you again!”
