Feedback Regarding Poor Service at ClearDekho – Usha Nagar, Indore Dear ClearDekho Team, I recently purchased zero power blue cut glasses from your Usha Nagar, Indore branch on 9th April 2025 and received them two days later. Unfortunately, my experience with this branch was quite disappointing. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. I was not provided with any proper receipt or bill. The glasses case had no ClearDekho branding or markings, which raised concerns about authenticity. Additionally, when I asked for a carry bag, the staff refused and said I would have to pay extra for it—something that should ideally be included with the purchase. To add to my frustration, my name was incorrectly entered as "Harshit" instead of "Arshad." Such carelessness reflects poorly on the service standards. Due to this experience, I am not satisfied and will neither recommend nor consider purchasing from this branch again unless improvements are made.
