“Feedback Regarding Poor Service at ClearDekho – Usha Nagar, Indore
Dear ClearDekho Team,
I recently purchased zero power blue cut glasses from your Usha Nagar, Indore branch on 9th April 2025 and received them two days later. Unfortunately, my experience with this branch was quite disappointing.
The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. I was not provided with any proper receipt or bill. The glasses case had no ClearDekho branding or markings, which raised concerns about authenticity. Additionally, when I asked for a carry bag, the staff refused and said I would have to pay extra for it—something that should ideally be included with the purchase.
To add to my frustration, my name was incorrectly entered as "Harshit" instead of "Arshad." Such carelessness reflects poorly on the service standards.
Due to this experience, I am not satisfied and will neither recommend nor consider purchasing from this branch again unless improvements are made.
I hope you will look into this issue and take appropriate steps to improve your customer service.

“Worst franchise we have crossed till now.we had purchased 4 glasses from the clear dekho vapi chala branch and all of them got damaged within 4-6 of use..ND when on 19/10/24 we went for the same to the vapi branch the salesperson currently working their was pathetic and acting as if he is the owner of the franchise and was trying to blame us by saying that our use is not good and all and also blaming the previous staff instead of resolving our issue bt to infrom u the previous staff was good enough to resolve our issue..the sunglasses was also of the worst quality..it's just the waste of our hard earned money by purchasing from @cleardekho vapi chala branch stop fooling the people and focus on providing the good quality to costumer.”
“I had ordered my daughter's glasses to be made on 24/09/2024. The representative there told me to deliver the glasses on 28/09/2024 but till now I have not received the glasses. I have visited their shop 3 times. There is no reply from their side, they do not make phone calls, my experience has been very bad, I would request someone to get glasses made from them, they only make owls which is their logo.”
“They have machine for eye testing, but never check from machine, as usual read the letters . And in commitment they are really really liars. Never recommend to anyone. Lenskart, is far better than cleardekho.”
“I got 2 frames from clear dekho after 1 month = 1 frame brake from side. Company employee told me these side are not in warranty but at the time of purchase- he gave false commitment related to guarantee change of broken.

“I ordered two specs for me one photogromatic lens and second ordinary lens..I received both from clear dekho shop sector 9/10 deviding road faridabad.. photogromatic is ok..but simple lens specs line visible in centre..it's looks very bad.all can see it..when you take selfie this deviding line shows in selfie..I call the showroom land line number repeatedly but no body pick the phone .I call customer care number but no anyone pick.
