Complete scammers and the worst customer service. I was approached at the airport to sign up through an ongoing promotion giving free membership. However, my credit card was later charged for the $199 membership fee. When I called their customer service to report the incident of the false information, customer service rep spoke over me, cut me off, and told me it's my fault for willingly signing up for it.
Avoid at all costs if you don't want to be scammed and then gaslit!
