Tempted me to leave a 15-minute precheck line with free 2-week membership. After multiple ID attempts with 2 ID’s(wouldn’t accept me EDL due to “damage”, put me in regular precheck line where they looked again at my ID, boarding pass and took a picture. Clear could not find my information. I got frustrated and got back in TSA line. The woman who checked me in saw me go and made no attempt to resolve the situation. Stick with TSA or even better Global Entry.
