Terrible service!Do not use them! Alex terrible mechanic has completely wiped us out from big amounts of money over£1000 for the work on our car and issue still has not been resolved! I need my car for work! We have asked for DPF to be cleaned. He has done this but the car was broken and still not working. He offered himself he can change the parts and the car will be fixed.. I have proof of messages this actually has happened. We did not ask for his service but we had the trust in him and wanted to see if he is actually going to be the person whoever he’s saying he is. He changed the parts and the car is still the same as it was in the beginning - broken ! All he has to do is to tell us what is the problem,fix the car advise us if he can’t fix the car! They won’t tell you any advisory we needed .We are the customers, so we paying the money!Simple. Give us an answer or we take the car somewhere else if you can give us the answer regardless what are the excuses He came up with and telling us we broke the car because we didn’t fix it for few months! doesn’t matter what are the issues if we pay you tell us the answer. The only reason we used him is because he was mobile if I knew that he’s going to throw our money in a bin and still not fix the car or give us answers I would take my car to my local garage and wait two or three weeks for appointment. If you want your car to be fixed, take to your local garage, even if you must wait for the appointment few weeks it’s not worth wasting your time and money for someone who don’t have an knowledge about the cars. Now he’s threatening me to come to my house and take the parts out of the car. That’s not okay as we have paid for everything but the car is still not sorted. I don’t wanna use them ever again, and I suggest you do the same if you don’t wanna waste your money and time or your nerves.
