Firstly the mechanic you chose to replace the clutch tells me all the parts that CM recommend are wrong and after one week and three trips to Cambridge all charged to me £80, the car was returned to me with the mechanic telling me the fault was not completely fixed. The fault, a sticking clutch pedal is still sticking ,so no change. This was at a cost of £1800, the original estimate was £900. The car is not safe for my wife to drive so I am having to take to Volvo Marshal Peterborough next week for a full diagnostic at an additional cost of £195; then depending on what they find, further cost.. This is totally unacceptable and depending on what Volvo find , the next step will be Trading Standards then legal,
